Katherine began her career in the rental industry in 1999 with RentalMax where she advanced into a management role over the course of 20 years. During her time there, she transitioned into Human Resources and played a key role in developing and implementing employee training programs. After joining Sunbelt Rentals in 2024, she has continued her focus on training and workforce development, equipment use, and jobsite safety.  

Katherine is qualified to teach MEWP, warehouse, and rough terrain forklift operator certification courses. 

Katherine enjoys working in her yard, traveling, and spending time with her daughter and husband. She likes to spend colder days crafting-painting ceramics, sewing and reading a good book by the fireplace.
