With more than 24 years of experience in the rental industry, Michael has built his career focused on developing people, advancing customer safety training, and helping customers meet their equipment training and compliance requirements. He believes the most successful teams are built on a foundation of customer obsession, passion, accountability, and proactive thinking. He has led sales and training teams to achieve strong results while delivering exceptional customer value. In addition to his management responsibilities, Michael is certified to train trainers on heavy equipment operator certification courses.
