After graduating from the Florida State College at Jacksonville, Bryan worked in the banking industry for eight years. In 2013 after graduating from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Police Academy, Bryan started working for Sunbelt Rentals in the Trench Safety Division as a Yard Foreman while waiting for career opportunities within law enforcement. Due to layoffs and a hiring freeze in the police force, Bryan continued to pursue his career in Trench Safety and took on positions with increased responsibility including Product Technician, Assistant Branch Manager, and Branch Manager. After managing a branch for eight years, Bryan was promoted to Regional Safety Trainer in 2025 instructing Competent Person for Excavation, Excavation Awareness, Confined Space Entry, and Confined Space Awareness courses. In this capacity, Bryan covers the eastern part of the USA. 

Bryan views his training as a way to provide growth and development to his students and more importantly, an opportunity to save lives within the excavation and construction industry.  

Whether it’s in the woods hunting, on the baseball field coaching and cheering for his boys, or sitting at home with his family watching a movie or playing board games, Bryan enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three boys. He also enjoys the creativity of woodworking, golfing, and a good ‘ole weekend barbeque with friends.
