David Amezcua is an accomplished safety training leader with more than 22 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing large‑scale safety programs across multiple states and high‑risk industries. As a National Safety Trainer for Sunbelt Rentals, he oversees and coordinates specialty training and supports Strategic, National, and Key Accounts through high‑impact safety initiatives.

Previously, David served as Regional Safety Manager for Sunbelt Rentals, directing safety operations across Florida, the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia. His responsibilities included OSHA and MSHA training, new‑hire orientation, and managing safety programs for U.S. Navy facilities, Marine terminals, and Industrial sites. Earlier in his career, he held the role of Division Safety Manager at Brand Energy Solutions, where he developed safety plans for power plants, paper mills, chemical plants, and surface mines while training field personnel across four states.

David is certified as an OSHA Outreach Trainer For Construction & General Industry, MSHA Trainer, and holds multiple safety credentials including PCC, PCG, CHSO, SSH, STSC, and BCSP certifications. Known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and collaborative leadership style, he is committed to elevating safety culture and delivering consistent, high‑quality training across all levels of an organization.
